ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The Alle mand på dæk conference on 25 November 2025 highlighted the growing labour shortage in Denmark and the EU. Joseph Zweimüller opened the day with a presentation on the cross-border challenges and what they mean for our ability to attract workers.

Participants were also taken through themes such as seniors’ working lives, labour migration, and the potential among refugee and immigrant women. To round off the day, Anders Borup Christensen (DA) and Damoun Ashournia (FH) discussed what it will take to secure the workforce of the future.
