Qualitative Analysis of NExTWORK
The qualitative analysis highlights NExTWORK as a promising and timely example of a new approach to youth employment efforts. The analysis particularly emphasizes the principle-based framework guiding the initiative, as well as how young people are actively involved and, through networking with peers, develop a sense of work identity and experience improved well-being.
