Implementation Assessment of NExTWORK
The implementation evaluation shows that municipal leaders, staff, and young people see great potential in NExTWORK for improving young people's connection to the labor market. The youth particularly highlight gains in social skills, meaningful work experiences, greater clarity about their future, and increased confidence in their own abilities.
