Conference: NExTWORK – Presentation of Results
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
On 16 September 2025, the ROCKWOOL Foundation hosted a conference in connection with the publication of results from NExTWORK – an initiative developed in collaboration with municipalities, companies, and young people with the aim of strengthening young people’s attachment to education and the labour market. The initiative provides young participants with greater influence over their own trajectories, opportunities to engage in meaningful networks with peers, and access to concrete work experience.
At the conference, the overall evaluation and analytical results were presented. Sonya Krutikova, Deputy Research Director, and Imran Tahir, Senior Research Economist, at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), presented the impact evaluation of the initiative, while Dorte Caswell, Professor, and Nicolai Nybro Hansen, Research Assistant, at CUBB, Aalborg University, provided a qualitative analysis of NExTWORK as an employment initiative.
Stine Rauff Bommersholdt, Global Head of Foundations and Market Director at Rambøll Management Consulting, presented the implementation evaluation. In addition, young people from Roskilde Municipality shared their experiences alongside Fenja Damgaard Eriksen, Social Worker and Coordinator in Horsens Municipality, and Jeannette Lindved Lindberg, Head of Department in Fredericia Municipality.
The conference was moderated by Jacob Rosenkrands.
